Ideally i would like to have a two state switch in the house.
Put switch in attic.
It can get about 110 in the summer or more i would imagine the attic is likely the same.
There is a power outlet in the attic on the wall on a stud near that door.
This is also a hard wired fixture but one operated simply by a pull string.
It currently has one pull string light that has power running in it and out to a wall socket.
Through a room upstairs there is a door that opens and you can step out into the attic.
Less than 30 i needed a light desperately so i could see while moving around in the attic.

I want the fan to be controlled by a thermostat in the attic but i want the ability to bypass or override the fan from within my house.
